The VACT Junior Heat Academy is back in 2024!
The VACT Junior Heat Academy is a tiered-program for talented athletes in the U16 age group and under in 2024. The Academy gives these athletes access to regular on-court and strength & conditioning sessions with some of the ACT's best coaches. It is designed to compliment their club training, and prepare atheletes to play at a higher level.
The program runs in line with the school terms and develops both diciplines (indoor & beach). It is tierred to provide the best experience to each athlete.
Term 1 & Term 4 = Beach Volleyball
Term 2 & Term 3 = Volleyball
Tier 3
- Open to all interested athletes who would like to continue their volleyball development with the goal of playing at a National level in the future (open to all).
Term 1 Information:
- All athletes must be VACT members
- Thursday 8th February - Thursday 12th April (10 week term)
- 4pm - 5:15pm
- Lyneham Beach Facility
- $120 per athlete (includes Academy t-shirt)
