Beach Volleyball Competitions & Events

Volleyball ACT’s Beach Leagues provide a sports experience like no other! Spring and Summer nights on the sand, under lights, music playing and balls flying!

Competitions are available for all levels of player from beginners through to the experienced. Play in a pair or mixed four! If you don't have a team just let us know and we can find you one! Beach Volleyball is all about fun and social competitions!

Monday's - Men's and boys pairs  Tuesday - Women's & girls pairs Wednesday - Mixed Pairs Thursday - Mixed four's (beginners to competitive)

The Lyneham Beach Facility 

With the support of the ACT Government, Volleyball ACT own and operate the Lyneham Beach Facility located on Thurbon Road, Lyneham.

The World Class eight court facility is available for private, community and corporate hire.

The Facility hosts Beach Volleyball competitions for all ages and abilities.

The Lyneham Beach Facility is the premier sand sport venue in Canberra and is great for Beach soccer, handball, cricket, touch football, yoga, bootcamp and much more! 

It is the perfect venue for Corporate Days, Christmas Parties, Kids Parties, School Groups and Events for the whole community!

The facility includes shaded areas, BBQ and water station with showers and bathrooms located inside the venue. The facility is smoke, dogs and glass free.
