The VACT Development Program is back in action for term 3, open to everyone to come down and give it a try! First week is free of charge so you can give the program a go and decide if you want to sign up officially or not! 

1st session - 20th July from 4-5:30pm

2nd session - 23rd July from 4-5:30pm

What:

The Volleyball ACT Development program focuses on creating more playing and development opportunities for Junior and Youth aged athletes. The program creates an environment where players will have access to 2 court sessions a week to aid and assist in maximising development, as well as the opportunity to purchase discounted strength and conditioning through Powerhouse Physio.

What’s included?:

•          2 x Court sessions a week at Lyneham Hockey Centre x 8 weeks.

Up to 2 x Strength and Conditioning sessions available for purchase through Powerhouse Physio. 

When:

• Monday 4:00pm – 5:30pm 
• Thursday from 4:00pm - 5:30pm

Please note that pending numbers, players may be split into "tiers" (tiers are stuctured based on ability, not based on age)
