Canberra Super Heat 2025 Coaching Appointments

Published Thu 03 Jul 2025

Volleyball ACT are proud to announce the Head Coaches for the 2025 AVSL Season.

Adam Bradbury will lead the Men's Program, while Sue Jenkins will continue in her role as the Women's Head Coach. The appointments represent the beginning of a new Australian Volleyball Super League campaign for the Canberra Super Heat as we look to build on our performance across 2024 and find success in the 2025 Season.

Adam brings with him a wealth of experience at both a playing and coaching level, both here in Canberra as well as internationally. Having previously played across Europe, Adam is no stranger to the Canberra volleyball community playing and coaching across local clubs and leagues. Following further development as an Assistant Coach in the Super Heat program, Volleyball ACT is extremely excited to see Adam move into the Head Coach role and continue to develop Volleyball across the community.

Sue Jenkins rejoins the Super Heat to continue her tenure in the Head Coach role for the Women's Program. With over 25 years of experience coaching volleyball, including positions with National teams and VACT representative teams, we are looking forward to seeing Sue continue to build on the form of previous seasons whilst developing an upcoming group of young talent. The continuation of Sue's tenure gives the Super heat some stability in the program as we step forward into a new generation of talent representing Canberra.

Please join us in welcoming Adam to the role and welcoming Sue back to her position as Head Coaches for our 2025 AVSL Season. For further enquiries, please contact admin@volleyballact.com.au
